There, in the temple, he found people engaged in the trading of what was necessary for the Passover celebration: animals to be slaughtered and money changers. John 3:14-21 This passage from John’s gospel teaches us that we are saved by grace through faith. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish, but have eternal life.” How easy it is to forget the faith part.
